Von Pradela nach La Faba<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hinunter und hinauf! Ich bin geschafft! Es gab ein gutes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck von der m\u00fctterlichen Herbergsmutter. Auch haben wir im morgendlichen Radio Salsa geh\u00f6rt und ich habe sie mit einer spontanen Tanzeinlage zum Lachen und Mitsingen gebracht. Dann k\u00e4mpfte ich mich den Berg wieder hinunter. Da war ich ehrlich gesagt bereits erledigt. Meine Mitpilger, zumindest die, die auch \u00fcber 500km in den Beinen haben, humpeln und schleppen sich mit eisernem Willen weiter. Wir leiden gemeinsam und die Solidarit\u00e4t ist gro\u00df!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heute bin ich aber in einer der sch\u00f6nsten, saubersten und idyllischsten Herbergen. Eine schw\u00e4bische Stiftung betreibt sie in La Faba und hat hier vieles wiederaufgebaut (Kirche und Haupthaus)! Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Luxus: Es gibt \u00fcberlange Betten! Die freundliche Dame vom Rhein f\u00fchrte mich schnurstracks hin. Die Matratzen in den Herbergen sind manchmal nur 1,9m lang und ich stie\u00df schon \u00f6fter mit Kopf und Fu\u00df gleichzeitig an. Das wird heute ein Luxusschlaf! Auch gab es heute eine gute selbstgemachte Suppe. Zudem konnte ich durch die k\u00fcrzere Etappe von knapp 18km heute noch Dehn- und Kraft\u00fcbungen zur Ert\u00fcchtigung machen. Morgen geht es fr\u00fch los!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Pradela to La Faba<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Downhill and uphill! I’m exhausted! There was a good breakfast from the maternal hostel mother. We also listened to salsa on the morning radio, and I brought her to laughter and singing with a spontaneous dance. Then I fought my way back down the mountain. To be honest, I was already done for. My fellow pilgrims, at least those who also have over 500km under their belts, limp and drag themselves on with iron will. We suffer together, and solidarity is great! Today, however, I am in one of the most beautiful, cleanest, and most idyllic hostels. A Swabian foundation operates it in La Faba and has rebuilt many things here (church and main building)! The greatest luxury: There are extra-long beds! The friendly lady from the Rhine led me straight there. The mattresses in the hostels are sometimes only 1.9m long, and I’ve often hit my head and feet at the same time. Tonight will be a luxury sleep! There was also a good homemade soup today. Additionally, thanks to the shorter stage of just under 18km, I was able to do stretching and strength exercises for conditioning.
