Hallo, Le\u00f3n, du wunderbares F\u00fcllhorn! Heute bin ich sehr fr\u00fch los, denn der Schlafsaal war kalt und feucht und das Geschnarche unertr\u00e4glich. Es war sehr spannend mit meiner Stirnlampe in die Dunkelheit zu marschieren. Der Weg war nicht besonders h\u00fcbsch: viel Stra\u00dfe und Gewerbe. Daf\u00fcr konnte ich in einem riesigen Supermarkt Vitamine und Eiwei\u00dfpulver kaufen. Zudem habe ich mich heute richtig satt gegessen und das mit warmen Mahlzeiten! So beugt man Wadenkr\u00e4mpfen vor oder wird sie wieder los. Hello, Le\u00f3n, you marvelous cornucopia! Today I set off very early because the dormitory was cold and damp, and the snoring was unbearable. It was quite exciting to march into the darkness with my headlamp. The path wasn&#8217;t particularly scenic: a lot of road and commercial areas. However, I was able to buy vitamins and protein powder in a huge supermarket. Furthermore, I ate really well today, with warm meals! I could get used to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My tip for enduring physical strain: Stretching, plenty of magnesium and vitamin C, lots of sleep, and drinking over four liters of water every day. This helps prevent calf cramps or alleviates them.
