Davon gef\u00fchlt 9 km nur bergauf! H\u00f6henmeter insgesamt: 681. F\u00fcr mich bisher die h\u00e4rteste Etappe. Der Aufstieg durch den Wald war sehr kalt und dunkel! Ich habe mich zweimal sehr erschrocken! Einmal habe ich eine vereinzelte Kuh getroffen, die ich erst auf den zweiten Blick wahrnahm. Das andere Mal h\u00f6rte ich Ger\u00e4usche hinter mir und erschrak furchtbar: Es waren drei spanische Wanderer! Stadt mit det wundersch\u00f6nen Kathedrale und creme mir meine F\u00fc\u00dfe ein. Als ich in Madrid los bin, waren es noch 700 km. Jetzt sind es keine 600 km mehr. For me, this has been the toughest stage so far. The ascent through the forest was very cold and dark! I got scared twice! Once, I encountered a lone cow, which I only noticed on the second glance. The other time, I heard noises behind me and got terribly frightened: it turned out to be three Spanish hikers, fortunately not a bear or a wolf. Now I&#8217;m in Segovia, the city with the beautiful cathedral, and I&#8217;m applying cream to my feet. When I started in Madrid, there were still 700 km ahead. Now, it&#8217;s less than 600 km.
